Good bye my maternity leaves. The 4 months of stay at home motherhood is now over. I've resumed working for 2 days already.
Tired, sleep deprived, anxious of going back to work; you name it, I'm experiencing it now.
My lil hero stayed at my hub's auntie in Jasa Utama. So, at 630am I'll drive him there and off to work after that. And the big sister stays at home with Acu.
So far he behaved well in his first day of stay there. I really hoped that this can stayed on at least till I finished my internship. Well roughly I've about 1 and a half months more to go. Then there'll be another day of the story. Sigh!
But seriously, how can I get confused about the emergency drugs in operation theatre. How can I even mixed up between adrenaline and atropine. Duhh!

From the forest to the sea..
My maternity leaves are coming to an end. Sob sob..
Soon I have to leave my two lovelies at home. I wonder, when will I ever be a SAHM? (read: stay-at-home-mom). Even though it's not easy to be a mom to a new baby and a toddler, it is something truly worth it. The satisfaction is there. Tired? Distressing? I can be a tiger and an angel mom at the same time. At the end of the day, what can I ask more? Being home with them is what I really wished for.
Back to our topic of the day..
The Forest; Sept 27 - 29
I waited for 27 years of my life to be at our National Park in Pahang. But my sweet little boy was able to set his tiny foot there at the age of only 85 days old. How lucky!
We went there together with wany and aki. Daddy's not coming as he should be working. My mom got a meeting there, hence our short escapade to the forest.
The journey was quite tiring. With the estate and whatnots, thankfully we were safe and soundly arrived after 6 hours drive. Tiring of course but not as a driver, only as a passenger. Haha.
Now lets move on. Let the pictures do all the talking. Don't They used to say that a picture tells a tthousand words.
We started off our journey from home at 10am, picked up Aki from his dialysis at Hospital Putrajaya and then had our lunch at Nandos Alamanda.
We reached there near sunset. We stayed at Mutiara Taman Negara.
To reach the room, first you have to get off from your car with all your luggage and all the passengers, hop onto a boat, climb up flights of stair, check in and get your key then steps to your doorstep. Phew! Sure a long way to go, especially for Aki of course. But, hey lets stay positive. When will Aki be coming here if not now, right when a private doctor can follow him around.
On Saturday morning, mom attended her meeting. Me of course was occupied with the kids, bathing, breakfast, poo the pee argh and the list goes on.
Out of all the out door activities that can be done there, Huda and me only went for boat cruise to Lata Berkoh. You see, we were in the middle of the world's oldest rainforest. I wouldn't dare to bring my little hero walks about in the jungle. If you understand what I meant.
So off we went on a boat cruise, yes only me and my daughter. Ihsan was left in the hand of Wany and Aki in the chalet.
And its already Sunday. Time to go home. Daddy is waiting..
Next up; The Sea. Oct 4-6
The subsequent weekend, we followed Wany to her meeting in Pantai Morib. There's not much of activity that can be done here, apart from the pool. So, most of the time we just stayed in the room.

The 3rd Jab
Ihsan is now 5.3kg. Just few grams heavier than last month. He is otherwise fit and healthy, alhamdulillah.
His development is appropriate.
He is getting stronger. He is able to lift his head, while lying on hid back, and hold it for several minutes. He also loves waving his arms and kicking his legs enthusiastically. And, if you hold him up with his feet touching the floor, he would push down on his legs.
He can also bring both hands together, open his fists, and play with his fingers. Sometimes he may even use a closed fist to bat at dangling objects.
When he hears my voice, he will look directly and start gurgling, as if he is trying to talk back. Auww cutey!
Even with others, he is becoming more responsive and engaging, by flashing smiles, oohing and cooing. The fun has really begun. His social skills are blossoming.
This month he got his jab against pneumococcal. He just started to giggle with all the toys surrounding him when he suddenly felt a pinch on his thigh. Ouch!

Waiting For A Better Tomorrow
Nothing seems to move on well. Completely nothing. Hardships are everywhere, in every single corner.

The sorrow days
He's down with bronchiolitis since few days ago. Who else would infect him if not his dearly loving big sister who always kiss him not only on the cheek but on his nose too with her nose running. Duhh..
He's been nebulized for 2 days already. The cough doesn't get any better though his lungs are quite clear. His nose stuffed up too. Thanks to the big sister really. So he is quite clingy and also getting urm... His cries changed. And sometimes he would just unknowingly cry sorrowly. Why oh why I wonder..
