Is it the right time

Shes nearly three by the end of next month but she yet to be potty trained. We've been thinking about it for quite some time already. Even her paediatrician already suggested to us when she got her jab early this year. But we are just not ready. With the work shifts, non conducive surrounding, how will I train her effectively. I know practice makes perfect but if theres no continuity, lets just forget it. Well maybe even she is still not ready yet, at that point of time I mean. Well that would just be my guess. Ha ha.
So, since I'm on my maternity leaves and I'm out of my confinement period, we thought maybe this is the right time for the training. My mother also already started nagging her to be diaper free since she is smart enough err by that she would mean very talkative enough to tell " mom I wanna pee.."
First, we bought the most important tool for potty training, A Potty.

The next step is of course her undies.

She's really excited about that due to few reasons that I don't think I need to state here. Bahah!.!. Don't you know how adorable kiddy undies nowadays! I would wanna grab them too.. err of I'm not yet married, of course!
Since she is so into becoming a princess.. blame the ads of Sofia the First from Disney junior channel; mom started to tell her that she needs to be diaper free, to be a princess. And with due respect, she needs to wear her cutie undies.
Truthfully, I'm quite worried of the outcomes of the training. It will be her first time to be out of her diapers, the first time in her 3 years of life. Can you even imagine that. Accidents may occur at any time, any where. And this accidents involve err pee.. yeah urine to be exact! Stinks! Gahh.
We've been slow talk to her all the time that she needs to be diaper free and that she needs to go to the toilet just like how adults did. And she seems to understand it really well. Still, I'm worried! She's just three after all.
Day 1
Total failure. She only tells me that she peed after she finished her business. And yup it's everywhere, on my mom's carpet like twice, under the stairs and even in her own house.
So hello mop. We've been like the best of friends today huh. I've been mopping the house since morning.
Lesson of the day: I need to get her the training pants.

I can't just spending my whole day tomorrow mopping the floor, can't I..
Training pants please come to me ASAP!

The Fifth

It's been 5 years..
It's been that long since we into this road together.
5 years full of spices.
Full of love and laughter.
Full of bitter and sweatiness

People say if you passed the first 5 years, you have already passed the first test.

It is the test of a lifetime.

Just like a chain of metamorphosis.
From the single you, you become two then three and then comes the number four. Oh boy, It is sure not easy!

Well I would say the first year is the toughest when you try to blend yourself and the other self together. Clash of conflicts, different thoughts bla bla bla but love brings us back together.

The second year is the honeymoon period when you and I becomes one. Err well i might say the blender works! Ha ha!!

Then comes the third year. alhamdulillah our life is blessed with the born of our adorable princess.

Journey continues with the fourth year.
And then the fifth. Our family expands more. Alhamdulillah. It's not part of the plan, but God knows better. Didn't they say err the more the merrier!

It's not just about love, but this journey trip also needs the package of commitments and responsibilities.

The 5ive is just a figure. Marriage either is out of love or the arranged one needs not only love but the work of a couple; me and you. He and she. Him or her.

I'm hoping our love will grow stronger and fonder with time, insyallah. Till death do us apart.

Five years and counting..

I loved you, loving you and will always love you.
