Let me tell you a bit bout the exam...
The exam consists of 2 parts, one with the patient and the second one is the theory part.
Well, the first part started with an interviewing patient. We got an old man, aged about 54 years old (but he looks so much more older than that though..). We started the anamnesis as usual but after a while we got stuck.. We didn't know how to ask the symptoms.. Well psychiatry interview is way different from the internal ones okay! Plus the total duration of the cycles is just bout +- 2 weeks and its not like we went to see the patient everyday. Start daripada situ bermula la part macam ayam cakap dengan itik.. Kami tak langsung tak paham apa yang dia cakap. Luckily ada seorang patient yang nampak-normal-tapi-tatau ke tak sebenarnya tu. At least he explained in a simpler words with some gaya.. so paham la jugak kan..
After a while the old man got tired of talking with the tak-paham-bahasa us... Well what can we do?? Tibai je la diagnosis tu.. Nasib baik betul!
After finish discussing bout the patient with the lecturer, we proceed to the next part, theory part.. Everyone got 3 questions and given 40 minutes to prepare.
After some time, bila dah siap prepare, mula la oral part dengan lecturer pulak.. I'm the 3rd person to answer. Fuhh, die punya soalan mencabar minda juga. Alhamdulillah dgn ilham daripada Nya dapatlah daku menjawab soalan-soalan cepu emas daripada lecturer itu dgn jayanya.. ALHAMDULILLAH.... habis la satu lagi exam. Yeay!! Masa nak balik ke Malaysia semakin mendekati..
Seriusly, i had no idea whether i could do the best in this exam.. Semalam punya la depressed+takut and what-so-ever perasaan bercampur baur...
